The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel important and welcomed into the community. In today’s busy world, you don’t see excellent service nor that warm communal feeling anymore. That’s important to me and so very much appreciated! Thank you Healthpoint-Family First in Renton, for being true to your name and mission! I look forward to getting more involved in the activities you offer and will spread the word to my neighbors.

I brought my wife here for a broken bone. Couldn’t even get a X-ray the same day. The local place they outsource for X-ray didn't have availability for weeks (and the doctor was definitely not aware of that). She couldn’t even call them to schedule an appointment until the next morning. It also wasn’t covered by her insurance, despite the doctor referring her there. This clinic doesn’t offer injury braces or walking crutches. She was referred to a specialist, and can’t even call to make an appointment for several days, just because this healthcare system is actually broken. This place gets 1 star because it gives extremely sub-par access to healthcare.

I’m so glad and feel blessed to have this facility close to home. My wife, myself and my two sons go to this clinic for our regular check ups and treatments. My 13 year old son is autistic. Doctors and nurses are so kind and caring. Front desk and office staff are always friendly and helpful as well. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the doctors Julie O’Donnell and Peter Metzgar. These two doctors are exceptional human beings and they are some of the kindest souls I have ever met in my life. Both of them are so exceptional people as doctors who are truly kind and caring to their patients. Thank you so much for everything you all do for me and my family!

I just recently brought my toddler here for the first time. The whole facility was beyond belief. Beautiful, open, inviting. The staff from entrance to clinic were all welcoming, talkative and very proud of their facility. Everything was so clean, sterile and the community center was free to register. The dental office gave FREE BOOKS to my kiddo. I was even scheduled for an appointment before leaving😁 My toddler had such a happy, pain free experience and I highly suggest bringing your family here if you are looking for gentle care. I can't wait for my appointment as well as bringing my toddler to their huge gym room/basketball court, or maybe try my rusted hand at pool in their rec room. Great facility, such wonderful staff that during our visit I forgot that we were a low income family. 5 stars are not enough, thank you HealthPoint.
